Motortec Madrid 2011

PMA/TOOLS exhibited again at the Motortec 2011 in Madrid this year, where more than 600 companies presented their products and services for the automobile sector.

Visitors showed great interest in our new automotive glass accessories and fitting tools and our latest products, SensorTack® Ready (silicone pads for the repair of rain/light sensors), and our T-MAX toolbox (comprising 85 high-quality tools for the automotive glass installer), were highly appreciated by our visitors.

Also, the presentation of the Autoglas Media's video training for automotive glass installers, was met with great interest. These unique professionally produced videos are based on OEM data and are designed to highlight all the relevant features on the latest vehicle models and thus enable the installer to see all the important components in advance of working on the vehicle.

Automechanika Istanbul 2011

The Automechanika Istanbul, South-East Europe's biggest automotive supplier exhibition, set a new record with 36,126 visitors on 4 days.

We were pleased to be an exhibitor at this important event. Located in the German Pavillon, we presented our automotive glass accessories and fitting tools and our latest products products, SensorTack® Ready and the PMA/TOOLS stone chip repair kit "Profi Line".

Visitors to our stand were most interested in our range of products and we thank all for taking time to visit us.

With 155.000 visitors from 180 countries the Automechanika set a new record regarding the number of visiting nations.

This year we were exhibiting from two separate stands at the world’s biggest trade fair for the automotive aftermarket.

In hall 6 we presented the latest developments in trims, mouldings and automotive replacement glass industrial applications.

In hall 11 our focus was on latest automotive glazing fitting tools and innovations.

SensorTack® Ready silicone pads, a novelty in sensor repair was shown to the automotive glass professionals. These ‘ready-to-go’ silicone pads allow simple and effective rain/light sensor pad replacement.

We also presented the T-MAX Tool box, a ‘mobile garage’ for the fitting specialist which includes more than 85 high-quality tools.

The trade fair MotorTec was held from 10-14 March 2009 in Madrid with more than 600 companies presenting their products and services to the professionals of the automobile parts industry.

Primarily for the Spanish market, this presented PMA/TOOLS DIVISION with a great opportunity to introduce their newly opened affiliate based in Barcelona to the visitors to the show.

Our product range provided much interest to those who visited us and we thank all who attended.

Being one of the most important exhibitions for glass manufacturers, the glass machinery and glazing industry, the glasstec show was held from 21-25 October 2008 in Düsseldorf.

On our stand in hall 11 we demonstrated our product range designed to support the industry. At this event, we are also delighted to support the International Master Fitter Competition 2008.

This competition, originally developed by the AGE, which is managed by the International Automotive Glass Federation (InterAutoGlass) was open to fitters from Europe, USA & Japan. The US American Jeff Olive from South Carolina won the contest. His colleague from Hungary was second and Japan third.

We also had a booth within the competition area, where we showed our range of Tools, Trims, Mouldings and Sensor products.

From 16.-21.09.08 the 20th Automechanika was held in Frankfurt. New records were set this year, with 4.680 participants from 80 countries and 166.000 visitors. Since its launch in 1971, the Automechanika fair is one of the most important meeting points for decision makers from the automotive aftermarket business.

At our stand in Hall 6.3 we have presented a brand new product: SensorTack 2, a two-component silicone gel for the repair of square-type VW/Skoda sensors. With SensorTack 2 refill gel a new silicone pad is created in just a few minutes. With this new pad, the sensor can easily be re-attached to the windscreen.
